Shipping policy

We send out packages the same day we receive your order. Normally, it takes 1-3 days from the time you place the order until you receive the item. In high season, e.g. Christmas time, it may take a little longer, but we strive to send the goods as quickly as possible. Dispatch takes place on all working days (Mon-Sat).
