A wool suit is the easiest garment to put on a baby who is going outside: one garment, the whole body covered, with no openings that let cold creep in at the waist or neck. For parents, it is also quick to manage on a stressful morning.
Lanullva's wool suits for babies are knitted in superfine merino wool using our airy method. The extra air volume in the knit means that the suit keeps the baby warm in the stroller while the child sleeps peacefully, and releases excess heat when the child wakes up and becomes more active. It is precisely this automatic temperature regulation that makes the wool suit so suitable for the smallest children: the baby cannot say that it is too warm.
We knit the suits with practical details: zippers or buttons that are easy to open for diaper changes, shapes that allow arms and legs to move freely, and lengths that cover the whole body without being too large. The garments are Öko-Tex Standard 100-certified, and the wool is RWS-certified by Textile Exchange.
Many parents use the wool suit both outdoors and as an extra warming layer indoors on cold winter nights. Wash sparingly on a wool cycle, air often between uses, and the suit often lasts through several children.
