Start your return in our return portal HERE. Once the return is registered, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to send it.
Before returning, remember:
You have a 30-day exchange right and a 14-day right of withdrawal
You pay the return shipping. If you return the entire order within the withdrawal period, we also refund the shipping cost for the delivery
You can also return items in our stores in Norway
Products must be unused, with tags still attached
Please use the bag you received the items in to send your return
For items purchased in November or December, this deadline is extended until the end of January the following year.
Standard refund period of 2-3 working days when paying with Kort and Vipps.

Klarna Standard 3 working days.
We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. In high season, e.g. at Christmas, it may take a little longer, but we do our best to ship the goods as quickly as possible.
