Men's wool singlets

A wool vest is an underrated garment. It covers the area where the body loses the most heat, the stomach area and lower back, without warming where warmth is not needed. Many men only notice how effective it is after putting it on under a work shirt on a cold winter day.

Lanullva’s wool vest for men is knitted in merino wool using the airy method Brit Vinje Lyngstad developed in 1994. The knitting method provides 30 percent more air pockets than regular knitwear, and the garment therefore breathes well even when it sits close to the body. You do not sweat under the arms, and you do not get cold in the lower part of your back.

The vest is perfect under a shirt at work, under a suit jacket at a wedding, or under a casual sweater on Saturday. At sea and while hunting, it works as an extra base layer where the main focus is on keeping core warmth up without building too many layers around the arms.

The garment is made from 20,5 micron merino wool and is Öko-Tex Standard 100-certified. It retains less odour than a synthetic base layer, dries quickly, and lasts for many years if washed sparingly on the wool programme and aired between wears.
