The series is named after Eilif, the man who came home wet and cold from the forest and farm at Lyngstad, and for whom Brit knitted the first sweater in 1994. The sweater is made to be worn, worn again, and ideally handed down.

- On its own on dry days, or under a shell jacket in wind and rain
- Norwegian wool is coarser than merino. If you have sensitive skin, wear a Havbris top as the inner layer.
- 100% Norwegian sheep’s wool, 32 microns (the thickness of the wool fibre)
- Weight approx. 850 grams
- Logo in fish leather from spotted wolffish
- Unisex: fits women and men
- Air it rather than wash it. If needed: wool programme, max 30 °C.

Grandmother’s invention
Eilif came home cold and sweaty from working on the farm at Lyngstad. In 1994, Brit Vinje Lyngstad invented a knitting method with air knitted into every stitch – and Eilif stopped being cold.
