Returns, exchanges and right of withdrawal

It's fine to change your mind. Whether you want to exchange a size, swap to another product or get your money back, you'll find everything you need to know here.

30-day exchange right

At Lanullva you have a 30-day exchange right from the day you received the item. If you want another size, colour or a completely different product, you can arrange it yourself in our returns portal.

You can exchange to both cheaper and more expensive products — if you choose something more expensive, you only pay the difference, and if you choose something cheaper, you get the difference back. Everything is handled automatically, without you having to place a new order.

14-day right of withdrawal

In addition to the exchange right, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish and EU consumer law, counted from the day you received the item. If you change your mind and want your money back, we refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used.

When you return an item, you pay the return shipping. The return shipping cost is deducted automatically from the refund once the return has been processed.

If you return the entire order within the withdrawal period, we also refund the delivery cost you paid. For partial returns and exchanges, the original shipping is not refunded.

Requirements for the item

For a return or exchange to be approved, the item must be:

• unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• with all tags and labels intact
• packed securely in its original packaging

If an item has been used or washed, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

How to register a return or exchange

You don't need to contact customer service first. The returns portal guides you through the whole process, and you get status updates along the way.

To get started you need:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the order

How it works

1. Register your return or exchange in the returns portal.
2. Once approved, you receive further instructions.
3. Choose whether you want an exchange or a refund.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
5. Send the item to: Lanullva ApS c/o Store-Pit ApS, Niels Bohrs Vej 17, 8660 Skanderborg, Denmark.
6. When we have received and checked the item, we complete the exchange or refund.

Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we received your notice of withdrawal.

Processing time:

• It normally takes a few working days from when you send the parcel until we receive it.
• You'll receive an email when your case has been processed.
• The money is normally back in your account within 1–5 working days, depending on your bank and payment method.

• The tags must still be attached to the product.
• Please use the original packaging.
• You pay the return shipping.
