Shipping and delivery

We send our wool garments safely to your door. Here you will find everything about shipping costs, delivery times and tracking.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost, delivery options and estimated delivery time for your country are always shown clearly in the checkout before you complete your order.

VAT and customs

All prices include VAT at the rate of your country. For customers in the EU there are no customs duties.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown in the checkout. In the checkout you can also choose the delivery method that suits you best, if several options are available for your address.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way until it is delivered.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can on working days. If you order at a weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next working day.
