The Adult Wool Sock is a thick, warm merino wool sock, with polyamide for durability. It is airy and soft, and works in hiking boots and winter shoes, on hikes, for training and on the coldest days. Our customers mention warm, dry feet and no blisters.
Merino wool can absorb a lot of moisture without feeling wet, so your feet stay warm – even after a long day in your shoes.
“Fits well, just the right thickness … no blisters.” – Evy A.F.
- For hiking, training, winter days and every day you spend a lot of time outdoors
- For mild days and tight shoes: see Wool Sock Adult Thin
- 64% merino wool, 34% polyamide, 2% Lycra

The story behind Lanullva

Eilif came home cold and sweaty from working on the farm at Lyngstad, on Norway's harsh north-west coast. In 1994, Brit Vinje Lyngstad invented a knitting method with air knitted into every stitch – and Eilif stopped being cold.
