The jacket is knitted from 60% merino wool and 40% Tencel. This wool blend creates incredibly soft garments with increased durability, while preserving the wonderful properties of wool. Made from natural materials, this is a perfect alternative to fleece.

What is Tencel?
Tencel® shares many of the same properties as wool and is well-suited for wool blends. It is produced from Eucalyptus trees, is one of our most environmentally friendly textile materials, and is extracted from FSC-certified cellulose from sustainable forestry.

60% Merino wool and 40% Tencel®

Tencel® is a natural material with many of the same properties as merino wool. The wool blend feels soft and cool against the skin, preserves wool's ability to regulate temperature and wick moisture, while Tencel® provides increased durability and better fit.

Tencel® is extracted from cellulose from eucalyptus trees , and is one of our most environmentally friendly textile materials. We use FSC-certified Tencel ® which comes from forestry with a focus on sustainable practices. This means:

• The trees used are replaced
• Raw material production consumes CO₂ and produces oxygen
• Takes place in areas that are not suitable for topsoil, and does not conflict with local food production

We source our merino wool from Uruguay. Merino sheep thrive best in warm, dry climates and are particularly well adapted to South America. Our merino wool is certified with the Responsible Wool Standard . This means:

60% Merino wool 40% Tencel®

We recommend a washing bag and Lanullva's own wool wash for all our collections and hand wash for the Eilif collection. Wool garments that are knitted in 100% wool can be aired and do not need to be washed as often as normal clothes.

Woolen products cannot withstand stain removers.

After washing, the garment can be carefully stretched and dried flat. This is particularly important for the thin Havbris wool collection.
Please wash the wool garment before use. This means that the fine and airy knitting method that is Lanullva's distinctive feature sticks better. This applies especially to the wool products from the thick Hustadvika wool collection.

• Detergent for wool
• Centrifugation max 400 revolutions
• Do not tumble dry
• Wash a few wool products at a time, and wash Lanullva by itself.
• Do not mix more textiles with wool in the washing machine
