100% merino wool
Merino wool has finer wool fibres than regular wool. It therefore feels soft and comfortable directly against the skin, even for people with sensitive skin. By comparison, Norwegian wool has coarser fibres, which can more easily irritate and cause itching. Merino wool is therefore a natural first choice when you need wool clothing knitted as a base layer directly against the skin.
Our merino wool is certified to the Responsible Wool Standard. This means:
- Comprehensive animal welfare requirements – no mulesing
- Land management that protects nature and biodiversity
- Strict requirements for wages and working conditions
- Full traceability at every stage – from the farms all the way to us

100% merino wool
We recommend a washing bag and Lanullva's own wool wash for all our collections and hand wash for the Eilif collection. Wool garments that are knitted in 100% wool can be aired and do not need to be washed as often as normal clothes.
Woolen products cannot withstand stain removers.
After washing, the garment can be carefully stretched and dried flat. This is particularly important for the thin Havbris wool collection.
Please wash the wool garment before use. This means that the fine and airy knitting method that is Lanullva's distinctive feature sticks better. This applies especially to the wool products from the thick Hustadvika wool collection.- Detergent for wool
- Centrifugation max 400 revolutions
- Do not tumble dry
- Wash a few wool products at a time, and wash Lanullva by itself.
- Do not mix more textiles with wool in the washing machine

When Gunn Anne Vinje Lyngstad took over the family business, it was not just the world's warmest knitting method that was inherited. She also took with her her parents' love of animals and the wild nature of the North West.
Wool from the world's happiest sheep
Through our collaboration with Nativa, we can say that we get wool from the world's happiest sheep.
We know exactly which farms we get our merino wool from, how the sheep are doing, from feeding and care, to management of nature and good working conditions.
Mulesing-free wool - always
None of the farms Lanullva collaborates with practice the controversial treatment mulesing. This would be a breach of our comprehensive certification scheme.

We send out packages the same day we receive your order. The delivery time is 1-4 days. In high season it may take a little longer, but we strive to send the goods as quickly as possible. Dispatch takes place on all working days (Mon-Sat).

Dame på 175 cm som vanligvis bruker medium. Kjøpte størrelse S. Den var ikke for liten! Ellers nydelig plagg.

Veldig fornøyd med denne genseren. Myk og fin kvalitet og luftig strikk. Kjøpte samme størrelse som andre lanullva plagg jeg har og det passet perfekt. (Jeg går ned en størrelse i Lanullva da jeg synes de er litt store i størrelsen).

Varm og god genser behagelig passform. Stor i størrelsen bra det står oppgitt! Bestilte ett nummer mindre enn jeg ellers bruker og den passet perfekt! En skikkelig deilig vinterfavoritt!
Den var litt stor i størrelsen. Kjøpte str.S bruker normalt str.M og enda virker den litt for stor etter min smak.

VELDIG LØS i strikken vet den skal være sånn men til å være en genser er den altfor luftig og varmer for lite for meg. Den må brukes under noe vindtett for å varme men bygger for mye under anorakk. Altfor vid men jeg liker at den er kort. Kul å se på da og fin å bruke når det ikke er for kaldt. Klør ikke kan brukes rett på kroppen - fin sommergenser også. Det er ingen blanding av andre stoffer i garnet og det er et must for alt jeg kjøper. De fleste som selger « ullklær « blander inn plastikk ( polyester ++) Men jeg lurer på hvorfor Lanulla må dra jorda rundt for å finne ull til produktene sine og ikke bruker norsk ull. Det er sikkert billigere men samme hvordan man vender på det… kortreist er best.
