Meet our ambassadors: Tyritroll
The family who, through play and outdoor activities, found more time for life and each other.
In 2019, the family of three noticed that everyday life was becoming too hectic. There was a lot to fix and organize, but little time to live and play. The spark in life went out and the relationship deteriorated. This led to a drastic plan and solution. In the spring of 2021, the family packed their bags and walked out the door at home in Oslo with a compass heading north. In nine months, they walked until there was no more Norway left, all the way to the North Cape. Nature has always been Ole and Ingrid's refuge, it is where everyday stress disappears, and where fires and sparks are lit. It is where the smell of tyri fills the nose, wool warms and the senses once again come to the fore.
After the trip to North Cape, they have played with the framework for what life as a family should be and what it should look like. They have worked reduced hours for periods and taken Mons out of first class to explore the American wilderness as a family. They have found a return to play and spontaneity, and the to-do list has become shorter. They have fewer things, work less and live more.
But what they still have and appreciate are good quality products. Lanullva has quickly become a favorite.

Tyritroll consists of Mons (born 2016), Ingrid (1987) and Ole (1987), as well as the dogs Nøgitz (1 years) and Ito (10 year).
Ingrid is a trained clinical educator and child therapist, and she is currently working on the book "We "should have had more time. The family's guide to stressing less, playing more and living life together."
Ole grew up in the forests of Finnemarka and has climbed 2000 meter peaks since he was 8 years old. He is a civil engineer. Mons is a ninja, fisherman and conservationist at heart.
In the new year, the family will be three to four, when a little brother arrives. They are excited to see if they can keep the playfulness and spontaneity into a new toddler phase. What kind of setting will be good? The family dreams of spending their leave together in Northern Norway, a place where mountains meet sea and horizons.
