Children change activities every fifteen minutes. They run, sit, fall asleep in the car, wake up at the playground, get cold, get warm. Their clothes need to handle all of this without becoming clammy, without itching, and without arguments about putting them on. Wool solves much of this naturally: the material regulates temperature, smells little even after a whole day at nursery, and feels soft against young skin.
Lanullva’s children’s wool clothing is knitted using the airy method Brit Vinje Lyngstad developed in the 1990s. The method provides 30 percent more air pockets than regular knitwear, and the air pockets allow the garments to warm without becoming stifling. A child playing hard generates a lot of heat, and wool releases it. A child sitting still on a lap loses heat, and wool retains it.

The wool is RWS-certified by Textile Exchange, Öko-Tex Standard 100-certified (no harmful chemicals against the skin), and produced in European factories with proper working conditions.
Wool withstands washing on a wool programme, but does not need washing every time. Air the garments, and they will stay fresh and often last through several siblings.
