Basic

Basic is Lanullva's everyday clothing, but not “basic” in the usual sense. The wool we use in this collection is very soft and exclusive, softer than people expect from a garment intended for everyday wear. It is a feel against the skin that many end up becoming addicted to: once you have worn Basic next to your skin for a week, other materials will feel coarser.

The cuts in Basic are simple and timeless, designed to be combined with what you already have in your wardrobe, and to be worn so often that you stop thinking about it. Everyday comfort in a real Norwegian climate means that the same garment works on the way to work, at home, outdoors and in the evening. Quality you notice, without it demanding attention.

Basic works best directly against the skin, where the exclusive softness is experienced at its best and where the knitting method has its full effect. The wool is RWS-certified by Textile Exchange (responsible animal welfare and full traceability), Öko-Tex Standard 100-certified, and produced in European factories with proper working conditions. The garments withstand regular washing on a wool cycle and retain their shape and feel against the skin for many years.
