Lanullva's wool products are knitted from pure merino wool. Sometimes a thread can come loose, or you might accidentally brush against Velcro which can damage the knit of the garment. We understand that this is very frustrating, which is why we want to offer repairs to our customers.
REMEMBER! All wool garments sent in for repair must be washed first.

We would be happy to send you thread in an envelope – completely free of charge.
Prices
Please contact kundeservice@lanullva.no to clarify repair options and prices. We also ask that you, as a customer, send us a picture of the damage you wish to have repaired when you contact us, so that we can more easily assess what we can help you with. The customer pays for shipping and return costs themselves.
