What is Tencel?

Tencel® has many of the same properties as wool and is well suited to wool blends. It is produced from Eucalyptus trees, is one of our most environmentally friendly textile materials and is extracted from FSC-certified cellulose from sustainable forestry.

Tencel® er et naturmateriale med mange af de samme egenskaber som merinould. Uldblandingen føles blød og kølig mod huden, bevarer uldens evne til temperaturregulering og fugttransport, samtidig med at Tencel® giver øget slidstyrke og holder bedre på pasformen.

Tencel® udvindes af cellulose fra eukalyptustræer og er et af vores mest miljøvenlige tekstilmaterialer. Vi bruger FSC-certificeret Tencel®, som kommer fra skovbrug med fokus på bæredygtig praksis. Det betyder:

• Træerne, der bruges, erstattes
• Råvareproduktionen forbruger CO₂ og producerer ilt
• Foregår i områder, der ikke egner sig til landbrugsjord, og er ikke i konflikt med lokal fødevareproduktion

Wash wool as little as possible. Thanks to wool's self-cleaning properties, it is often enough to air the wool clothing overnight.

For Havbris and Hustadvika: Please wash the wool garment before use, so that our fine and airy knitting technique – which is characteristic of Lanullva – settles better.

Tips for wash day

• Wool detergent, preferably our gentle wool wash
• Wool programme at a maximum of 30° C
• Spin cycle maximum 400 rpm
• Do not wash Lanullva with other textiles or in an overly full machine. Please use laundry bags.
• Gently stretch the wool garment after washing, and let it dry flat for the best result
• Wool cannot withstand tumble drying or stain removers

Show your wool some love!
Wool is fantastic, but it needs care to last as long as possible. Be careful around dog claws, Velcro and firewood logs – then you can enjoy your favourite wool for a long time!

We are happy to repair your Lanullva wool clothing for you. If you wish to do it yourself, we can send thread. You can find more information here.

We safely ship our wool garments directly to your home, wherever you live. Here you will find everything about shipping prices, delivery times and tracking.

Shipping price Norway 79,- NOK

EU: 6,- EUR

The shipping price is fixed, and you will always see it clearly at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery time

Orders in Norway are sent with Bring and normally have a delivery time of 2–5 business days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery time in the EU 2–5 business days.

At checkout, you choose the delivery method that suits you best — either home delivery or delivery to your nearest collection point.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track the parcel all the way until it is delivered.

Processing time

We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as we can on business days. If you order during weekends or public holidays, the order will be dispatched on the next business day.
